Thanks for the update. I was wondering why I couldn't upload my audio. Kept getting stuck at the "create identifier" page. As far as I can tell, the identifier is created but it proceeds no further. Hope this gets resolved soon. Thanks.

Importing should be fine now. If you're still having trouble and you're a netlabel owner, I THINK you might be able to to see the history of the item, including what machine the FTP directory is set up on, here:
